This place deserves its 5 stars. The server was incredibly attentive, kind, and considerate of my entire party. The food was excellent; the broth was not too heavy and delicious. You can customize your bowl to your liking as you wish, and they are eager to give you second helpings (gratuitously). Absolutely recommend.

went here with my best friend! we both got the original broth beef shank noodle, and she also ordered the onion beef patty which she really enjoyed. the staff was really nice and welcoming, and helped us pick out what toppings to put on our noodles (yes you can add your own seasoning toppings ^_^) best noodles ive ever eaten, im so happy that we chose to eat at this place for brunch. we ate our noodles for about 10 minutes and her beef patty was still really hot even though so much time had passed. there are options for cutlery such as spoons forks and chopsticks. drinks also offered, they have soda varients and water! atmosphere was really nice and spacious, a lot of friendly customers chatting and enjoying their meals o:

Chief Beef Noodles is a wonderful restaurant that has a homey feel. As other reviewers have stated there is a toppings bar with fried garlic, chopped garlic, cilantro, chopped spring onions, pickled beans, fragrant chili oil, chili flakes, soy sauce, and vinegar. Being able to adjust the spice level to your preference is a plus! The broth is flavorful and rich. They also offer free noodle refills, the lady at the front comes around the store and asks patrons if they would like a refill. The lady at the front/owner is incredibly welcoming and nice. She introduces the sauce bar to new patrons in both mandarin and English, cleans the tables and has a friendly demeanor. She is hardworking, works all over the store and keeps the restaurant clean. If you have leftovers they offer to help you pack it up. If you're getting takeout, the noodles come in a clever container that separates the broth from the noodles, so you don't need to worry about the noodles swelling and losing their elastic taste. The whole store concept is well planned out from the containers, seating (they have counter seating for lone diners), toppings, and food. I would recommend Chief Beef Noodles to anyone coming for

New beef noodle place open on Roosevelt Ave in Flushing. They create strong spicy beef noodles that’s either braised beef or beef shank. A good bargain when you select the combo which comes witta side and a drink. It’s small and cozy here with cool wall decorations (Tibetan or something?). You can order from the kiosk near the door or with the nice employee at the register. When your order is ready pick it up at the back and help yourself to the free toppings bar where you get your utensils too. Get fresh cilantro, green onions, garlic and a bunch of chilis. Also good is the black vinegar. Once you’re close to finishing your noodles I was offered a free refill so I accepted. You def won’t go hungry here. Next to the 7 train and the various buses. one of the best finds in Flushing😋 The food quality is really impressive, especially for the price. What sold me was the unlimited noodle and soup refills for dine-in, they just keep it coming without any attitude. They also have unlimited condiments on the side so you can season your bowl exactly how you like it. The place is super clean, nicely renovated with a modern look that feels fresh compared to a lot of spots in the area. Walk in, seat yourself, no stress. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful without being pushy. Oh and no tipping required. Self -serve from ordering to picking up food. The value here is just unreal. Total hidden gem. Already planning my next visit. Highly recommend! 🍜
